  • 1. Dissolve the cornstarch with a little milk
  • 2. Heat the remaining milk and let dissolve cocoa, making sure there are no lumps
  • 3. Beat the eggs with the sugar with an electric mixer and, still running, add the cornstarch and finally the milk. Let thicken over the fire without ever boil
  • 4. Let cool and add the cream well whipped, pour into ice cream freezer or in a container, taking care to beat the mixture when it hardens so that it remains well frothy and then immediately put it back in the freezer. Your chocolate ice cream will be ready!
